SHIPPING


All domestic orders are shipped by Purolator. Upon placement of your order, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Domestic shipping within Canada is free of charge. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned to us.

United States: USPS – usually 4 to 10 business days ($35) due to changing export policies there may be some delays with shipments which are out of our control. Please be aware of this as we cannot guarantee a timely shipment.

International: USPS ($85)

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to stop the ordering process. All international packages will be shipped by Canada Post unless otherwise requested.

Once an order ships from The M Coat, please note that tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. You will be sent an email with the tracking number of your order.  For information about the status of your package, please contact us at hello@themcoat.com.

In the unlikely case of an item running out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your credit card account within 5-7 business days.

By placing an order with themcoat.com, you understand and agree that themcoat.com shall not be held liable for any damages caused to the items/packages during shipment. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier company. Duvet Comfort Inc. and The M Coat do not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items/packages.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Canadian Orders:  We are happy to provide you with an exchange (no returns) should you change your mind about your purchase. You may send your goods back to us within 30 days of receiving a RA number. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. No collect shipments will be accepted. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGE ONLY. Sale items are final sale.

All exchanges must have a return label on the package with a Return Authorization (RA) number. To process your exchange and/or receive a RA number, please contact us at hello@themcoat.com with a note about the reason for your exchange, and your option of an item for exchange and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back items.

Once a RA is processed, please ship out your item at the earliest availability to ensure efficient processing. Your item should be sent within 3 days of the RA being generated. 

Exchanged items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

Please note items bought on sale or discounted prices are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping & handling is not refundable for exchanges. The cost of shipment of your exchanged item back to you will be paid for by The M Coat for Canadian orders only.

Please allow 5-7 business days upon receipt of your returned goods for your request to be processed. Thank you.

US and International Orders:  We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for goods shipped out of Canada.  Please be aware of this when ordering.  Therefore, any orders going to the US or International are considered Final Sale.
